Answer Hello Shai. Try turning down the temperature and see if it shuts off. If not, you will need to replace the thermistor 2188819 and the control board 2321723. If the thermistor is bad, the unit does not read through the control board and will continue to run. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Answer Hello Herbert! If you are having ice build up, it seems that the defrost system is failing. You will need to check the electronic control W10135900, defrost heater 2323198, and defrost thermostat W10225581. You can test these parts with a multimeter TJMA-DM1. Answer Hello Esther. If the fan motor is running slow, it can freeze the air duct assembly. By what your describing, it does sound like the fan motor is the problem. You will need to thaw the ice from the air duct assembly when you change the fan motor. Hope this helps.
