HI My fridge seems a little warm. The freezer side is working well, but the fridge side is cold...but not as cold as I think it should be. I don't hear any type of fan motor running.

The temperatures on my refrigerator all seem fine but, every other day or so there is a 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick slab on ice in the bottom of the freezer below the bottom shelf.

My fan runs all the time and the freezer is at 20 below zero in spite of the setting. The refrigerator section corresponds to it setting fine.

My freezer is temperature is 20 degrees below zero in spite of putting the control at plus 5 degrees. The refrigerator side seems to follow it's setting correctly. I replaced the diverter about 6 months ago and everything was working fine, what do you think this problem is? P.S. this extreme low temperature seems to be causing problems with the icemaker too.
