Answer Hello Kevin, Your model does not come with a fabric softner cup. There is a dispenser on the left side of the cabinet which is part number W10192089 which is used for adding bleach but no fabric softner.

My washer made a jack hammer noise when I open the lid the agitator was not turning I've pulled the assembly apart and it appears to be fine any other ideas.

Answer Hello Jim, It sounds like the thrust bearing 12002213 on your unit is bad. The thrust bearing lifts the brake and allows the unit to spin. If it is not lifting brake due to being out of tolerance it would cause the issue.

I am trying to remove the fabric dispenser, part number 21002006, to replace the agitator, part number 27001230. How can I remove the dispenser section? It spins freely and does not pull up, and there is not a release ring to remove it. Also, how is the new agitator installed once the dispenser cap is removed? Any help would be appreciated.

Answer Hello Mary, To remove the fabric dispenser cup you would pull it out at an angle. It just pushes straight on and locks in place. Once you have the dispenser cup off there is a 1/2" hex nut that you would have to remove to get agitator out.
