My fan does not work at all.

Answer Hello deborah. Test and see if there is power coming to the fan motor. If so, and the motor does not run, you will need to order and replace the fan motor 74011168 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
My oven is not baking as good as it should. The elements are good but I see the fan motor in the oven is a two speed. When the oven starts to heat on bake the fan is going slow. When the oven gets to the required temperature does the fan speed up to the higher speed?

Answer Hello Johnny! The two speed fan is for the convect baking and the covect roasting. When using convect bake the fan will run at a low speed. When using convect roasting the fan will run at a high speed. If the oven is not baking as it use to you will need to ohm out your temp sensor probe, at room temp it should ohm out around 1100 ohms. If this is defective you will need part number 71001870. Hope this helps!
