Answer Hello A.C.R. You need to check and see if the motor is running inside the freezer. If the fan motor is not running in the freezer, and there is power coming to it, you will need to order and replace the fan motor W10128551 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Answer Pat, The fan blade is a "friction fit" it can be slipped off and on the condenser fan motor shaft. Here's some information from the manual : " Condenser Fan: The condenser fan motor is a step motor and cannot be checked with an Ohmmeter. The condenser fan blade can be pulled off to replace without removing the assembly. To remove the condenser fan motor:1. Unplug the refrigerator or disconnect power. 2. Pull off the fan blade.3. Disconnect the wire harness. 4. Remove the screws securing the motor to the mounting bracket and remove. To remove the condenser fan assembly: 1. Disconnect power to the refrigerator. 2. Remove 1/4” screw and slide the assembly out of the brackets in the base. Thanks and Good Luck
