When turned on motor just buzzes. Motor doesn't turn. Think it is the motor but not sure. If correct any place I can go to find out how to disassemble to replace motor ??
The motor just buzzing when it is turned on could be a bad capacitor which you would want to check. Unfortunately there is no service guide available to assist with disassembly of the unit.
Need installation instructions for this part please.
Answer Hello Josh. Disconnect the power. You will need to remove the unit from the casing and access the motor. Once you have accessed the motor, you will need to release the clips securing the motor and remove the blades on both ends of the motor from the motor shaft. Once removed, unplug the wires and install the new motor 1188487 in reverse order.
