I have replaced the lint filters, but still get lint residue on my clothes especially black clothes. What can I do?

Answer Hello Larry,
Check your exhaust duct. You see, the dryer drum rides on felt seals. If you get too much back pressure, the excess pressure will blow past the dryer drum seals and the lint, heat, and moisture will all be reintroduced to the area where inlet air is brought into the unit. This air, lint, heat, and moisture will be recirculated across the clothes and cause excessive dry time and lint complaints, not to mention the premature failure of parts sensitive to heat and moisture.
