Answer Craig, Based on your descripton and location information, it sounds like you'll need to replace the water inlet valve 67005154. If you have the repalcement part on hand, it's a pretty easy , simple change out, if you label the wires and tubes first, or switch one wire or tube from the original to the repalcement it's a lot easier.

Answer Hello Betsy, You will want to check to make sure that you are getting power to the water valve when the dispenser is pressed. If getting power then replace the valve. If no power then you would want to check the dispenser board.

Answer Hello George, Based on the information provided it sounds as though your drain may be clogged. When you open the freezer door check to see if there is ice on the floor of the freezer. If there is, you will need to access the drain which is behind the freezer wall. Once you access the drain which is under the evaporator you will need to clear ice and run hot water through. Once you get the ice cleared you may need to check the drain line in back of refrigerator in the machine compartment and clean it out.

Answer Hi Willie. You will need the Ice Door fountain kit. Part # 12001991. It will come with instructions. Until then, use a shop towel to put in the inside of the door chute to stop air , moisture build up. Remove the ice bin assy. Rinse and dry completely the whole assy. and then when the part is changed, the operations will be normal. Remember to put the ice - maker bail arm down to start ice again. Thank You.
