Answer Dennis, There are several possibilities, your first check needs to be the installation, make sure the dishwasher is level in both directions, properly secured to the cabinet and the door and tub are properly aligned. Remove the lower kick plate and lower access panel and check that there are no loose connections at the fill valve connections, and run the dishwasher with a load to determine the leak location.

Answer Hello Teresa. Remove the drain hose from the unit and blow through the drain hose to see if it is clear. Do not remove it from the sink when doing this. If so, you will test for power going to the drain pump. If there is power there and the pump does not run, then it is a pump issue. If there is no power there, you will need to replace the control on the unit.

Answer Hello Greg, Make sure the little holes in the spray arms are not clogged. If they get stopped up, as the spray arms circulate, they will put a "wave" in the water which will cause the water to jump the front of the tub. Also, when you start the unit and let it circulate the water for a couple of minutes, you should check for soap suds on the water. This is an indication of a possible over soap situation which can cause the unit to drip from the front. If these tests produce no result the water valve is probably not closing as designed and you are getting a slight overfill which can cause the same situation. If you have any way to check the water pressure supplied to the valve, less than 30 p.s.i. is bad and the water supply should be checked by a plumber.

Answer Hello Greg, This will be a split sprayarm, a clogged sprayarm, or and oversoap situation. It's easy to look to see if the sprayarm is clogged or separated at the seam. To check for the possibility of an oversoap situation, start the unit and let it circulate the water for at least two minutes. Open the door and note the suds on top of the water. If suds are present, the last load was rinsed in soapy water and you found your problem.

Answer Hello Cindy, If the float breaks, it should be replaced. If the float 8268913 comes out of position it can cause water to go in the floor. Note that the float comes with the little push on retainer. To install it you will have to remove the kick panel and push on the little retainer.

Answer Hello Jack. You will need to check and see if the water level inside the tub assembly is low. If so, it will cause the problems you are having with the unit and you will need to replace the water valve 8531671. Hope this helps.
