The frame is cracked where two screws on right end have been tightened too tight. Also, handle pulled loose on bottom. Does frame come off when those two screws are removed and is new handle required?

Answer Hello Judith. No, the frame will not come off when the two screws are removed. If the handle is stripped, you will need to replace the handle. You will need to remove the inner panel to access the handle screws to see if they are stripped out. Hope this helps.
