Inside the loader there is a pvc circle part that broke, what should I do in this case?
Answer Hi Judes. We are very interested to help you. Can you explain in better detail where the broken part is ? Is it where the upper 1/2" recirculation hose or the light bulb (if supplied) Is ? Thank You.
How do I remove this piece to replace the latch assembly? Or do I need to remove this to replace the black latch assembly? Thanks
Answer Hi Josh. You do not need to remove this panel. Remove the power. Open the door. Then at the 6:00 position of the door boot assy. there is a spring that holds the ends of a steel cable chord. You can take a pick tool and lift the spring / and cable assy. off the boot. Than fold the boot inwards towards the tub. This will give just enough access to reach into the gap and exchange this part. You need to use a T-15 or 20 torx scrtewdirver tip to remove the latch screws from the panel front. Then reach in and bring the latch to the outside area as much as you can to only un clasp one of the 3 wire connectors at a time and place on the new latch body . Latch Part # 8182634. Thank You.
