Answer Hello Diane, It sounds like the fuse W10017410 blew. This is normally caused by the door being opened while the unit is running or a door switch going into failure. The part number for the one door switch and the fuse in a kit is 4312819. The other two switches 4392027 come in a kit together also.

Answer Hello Frank. You will need to remove the top panel and the side panel to access and replace the fuse W10017410 in the microwave. Hope this helps.
