Oven and top burners seem to work fine. Broiler igniter sparks and I smell gas but gas smell goes away and spark stops after maybe 3 clicks.
Answer Hello Dmfx,
There will always be a bit of a gas smell from a gas unit during initial ignition. The unit has to open the valve then get it lit. During this time, a gas smell that dissipates is normal.
I have a yellow flame on all burners plus broiler and oven, no issues with my
natural gas grill or other gas appliances in house.
Answer Hello Wally. You need to check and see if the pressure regulator on the gas valve 9763716 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.
