For this dryer the burner you are selling (MFG Part Number: 37001127) is for Nat gas or propane?
Ramiro for Model Number SDG4606AWW
Answer Hello Ramiro. The gas valve pipe assembly part number 37001127 is set up to run on natural gas. To convert a natural gas set up to liquid propane you will need the following kit LPK1. Thanks
The gas shuts off approx. 5 seconds after the flame lights. I checked the limit thermostat, the flame sensor, the cycling thermostat, and the two coils on the gas valve. They all appear to have the correct reading on the Ohm meter. All the above items other than the coils show good continuity, and the coils match the spec's approx. 1200 Ohms and 1300 Ohms. Can these items actually break down under load? Or once they go bad stay bad.

Answer Hello Val,
The first thing that you should do is to check your venting. Disconnect the hose off the back and with nothing in the dryer turn dryer on. The flames should last approximately 1 minute before they cycle off. If the flames stays for the minute then you would want to clean dryer venting. If they still only last 5 seconds then you want to recheck your gas coils. Check on the 2 terminal coil and you should have between 1000 and 1300 ohms. On the 3 terminal coil you will want to check terminals 1 to 2 and should have 1300 to 1400 ohms and from terminals 1 to 3 you should have 500- 600 ohms. If you do not have proper ohm reading then you would need to replace that coil.
