Answer Hello Stacy. Remove the tub cover 22001299 and see if it needs to be cleaned or needs to be replaced on the unit. It can cause the issue you are having.

Answer Hello John. You do not need to use silicone on the tub cover. If it is leaking, you will need to replace the cover and gasket 22001299 on the unit. The small crack will get larger and cause a flood if not replaced. Hope this helps.

Answer James, A quick,easy check for the water level, fill the washer on the highest water level setting. When the tub is full and agitation starts, open the lid and check the empty fabric softner dispenser, it should not be "floating" if it is, the washer is overfilling and you'll need to check the air dome hose for clogs or kinks, if not, you'll need to raise the top of the washer and check the tub cover tabs and seal for loose or damaged areas. Answer Dan, Yes, if the tub bearing and tub seal 6-2095720 6-2040130 has develpped a leak, there will be water expelled from the tub through the center of the tub during a spin cycle. Have you removed the front panel ( 2, 5/16 hex head screws on the bottom corners of the panel, and swing the bottom out until the clips release from the top) and observed if that is where the leak is located ? Just be careful when you run the unit with the panel off, you could get hurt from the moving parts. Good Luck and Thanks
