Answer Hello Mike. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the hose kit 99001868 is bad and needs to be replaced. Make sure you are locking the coupler onto the adapter. If so, and the water blows the coupler off the adapter, you will need to replace the coupler. Hope this helps.
