It is leaking between the door and bottom face plate. I think it is the gasket. Could it be? I have taken the skin off and there is just gummy stuff around the bottom. It drains fine, but runs out when filled. Thank you in advance for answer.
Answer Hello Marilyn. You will need to look and see if your having a sudsing problem and if the water is filling to high. It sould not fill up to the door. If there is a sudsing problem, you will need to look and see if the jet dry is leaking into the dishwasher. If everthing is ok, then it could be the gasket. Hope this helps.

Curious to know if this model has any kind of gasket or seal on the lower door place. Recently moved in and I don't see any gasket around the door itself (There is a u-gasket around the outer diameter of the tub or cabinet). Seems as though there should be a seal of some kind on the lower portion of the door where it hinges up and down. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Answer Hello Joel,
The bottom of the door is an air gap used as the air inlet for the dry cycle. There is no gasket at the bottom. If water is sloshing over you will need to look for something that would cause a "wave" in the water. Things that would cause this are stopped up or separating spray arms, missing seals from the water supply tube up the back of the unit on an adjustable rack unit, and/or a missing spray nozzle. Other things that could be causes include over soaping and/or over-filling.
