I broke the outer glass on the door and am not sure which item number I need to replace.

The outer door glass on a stainless model is W10401225. This is the same part number for the upper door as it is for the lower door.
Broke one of the pieces of glass inside the oven door when cleaning - not sure which one it is #18 Part Number: AP38532218- or #5 Part Number: AP3853225. What is the difference and how can we tell?

Answer Number 5 will be the one by your inner glass, and number 18 is the one by your outter glass. If you disassemble the door, you should be able to tell which one you will need. Hope this helps.
