My outer glass just broke when I opened the door to place food in the oven after preheating it. Should I continue to preheat my oven just to have the glass break again and again ? I know it wont (I hope ) be breaking everytime but one more times is way too many for me. I cant afford to keep buying replacement glass. Is it a recall problem which I may not of heard about because for a glass to break just like that is really not safe? If I had my way I would sue whirlpool for another type of oven. Good thing I have no kids in the house. Oh yeah and is this piece of glass all I need if glass broke or do I need other parts as well?
