Answer Hello F. Dodson. The fill tube will twist about 1/4 way around, and then you can pull it out of the back of the refrigerator. These can be hard to remove due to the foam forming around the fill tube 61005940. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Alex. You will need to check and see if the fill tube is frozen. If so, it can cause the problems your having. Also, if it is frozen, and is leaking, you will need to replace the water valve 61005273. Hope this helps.
