I need to replace the fill tube on my Admiral refrigerator. The water supply tube connectes to the old fill tube outside the back of the refrigerator. Can I replace the fill tube without taking the back panel off the refrigerator. Does it just pop out or how do I go about replacing it?

The water supply tube on the back of the refrigerator is popping out of the connector/sleeve that it inserts into outside of the refrigerator. That is the fill tube. Is there any way to make it stay, or do I need new tubing and a new fill tube? I have tried zip ties, which dont seem to work, and glue which doesnt have enough time to cure because the pump never fully shuts off. There seems to be a little water that still comes through even when the ice maker is shut off. Thanks.
