My handle separated from the door. It appears to screw from bewteen the door panels. I see I can order a new handle, but my question is do I need a new handle or someone that can put a screw back into the handle and door? Please advise.

Answer SNJ, You forgot to attach a model number, we can get more accurate information. Depending on the style door on your product, you usually do have to remove or separate the outer and inner door liner assemblies. But it's nothing you can't handle, and usually doesn't need a repair person. Here's some info for a basic style door " Remove the oven door from the range . 2. Place the oven door on a padded work
surface with the decorative glass and handle facing up and the bottom edge facing the front. To remove the decorative glass: Remove the four decorative glass retainer screws, and remove the retainer and two side trims. Lift the decorative glass off the door. To remove the door handle: Lift the air vent and handle off the door. Remove the four handle screws (two on each side) from the air vent and remove the handle." As you can see, it's not that big a project, you may want to try it yourself.
How do you unhinge the handle from the stove?

Answer Hello Francisc. You will need to look and see if the screws for the handle are on the inside of the oven door. If not, you will need to remove the door from the oven and disassemble the door to gain access the the handle screws. Then reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
