The door handle to the bottom freezer is loose. How do I tighten this handle. I cannot find any screws and can't figure out how to remove or tighten the handle.

You will have to slide handle off by pulling off. Once off you will want to make sure that the screws that hold it in place are tight. Also check the screws on the handle to make sure that they are tight. If not tighten and slide handle back on.

I ordered the Bottom Freezer Door from you for my Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator. The serial number of my refrigerator is K13077100. My order number for the bottom freezer door 2520430. My question is how do I remove the handle from my old door and put it on my new door. Can you send me step by step instructions.

Answer Hello Anya. To remove the handle, grasp the handle firmly, slide the handle
to the left and pull the handle straight out from the drawer.
¦ To replace the handle, position the handle so that the large
holes in the mounting clips are to the right and align the holes
with the door studs. Rotate the handle so that the mounting
clips are flat against the drawer and slide the handle to the
right to engage.
