I have to replace the terminal block. But the red wire that comes from the stoves control knobs that connects to the block got burned off can this be replaced? And if so what is the parts number. Thanks for any help.

While cooking a roast our stove control panel went to cln-cool and locked the oven door. We couldn't change any controls or open the door. Unplugged the stove let cool for 30 min. Plugged back in the panel reset the time but the broiler comes on automatically and stays on can not shut off. Any idea as to what could be wrong?

I do not know how to install the wire harness to the range. The hood for the range has a limited range and access to the connecting wires does not seem possible without breaking the range. Please provide the solution. Thank you.
