My water dispencer is not working. I've already tried 3 different filters, and I replaced the water inlet valve which I bought from you. It works fine when I put a bypass on. I think it's the water filter head and tube assembly.

Hello, I have an issue where the water filter is actually locked on to the spigot. It's supposed to come off easily, but I think it's calcified on. Which parts do I need to replace in order to get it working again? I assume the filter and then the 67004106 head. Anything else that I'm missing? I also have a problem that the same side as the water filter, on the back of the refrigerator, about half way down, there are spots where there is actually water weeping out through bubbles in the paint. That tells me something inside is leaking and has been for quite a while. Is there a schematic on how to take it apart? Any educated guess on what it might be? Thanks!

My water dispenser continues to leak/drip. I replaced the filter as well as cleared the air from the line by letting it run for 5 minutes, but it still leaks/drip. What part do I need to replace to fix the continuous drip?

Latest Questions

I have the Amana french door refrigerator with inside water spout. The water flow has been decreasing over the last 6 months or so. I originally assumed it was because I need a new filter but after the filter replacement it did not get any better. I have disconnected the water source and checked hosing the best I can but have not found any problems. The was flow is fast for about a 1/2 a second then is very slow. It take about 35 seconds to fill a 16oz bottle. I have read the most likely cause is the water head or filter installation, is this true? I have double and triple check to make sure the filter was twisted all the way on. It also seems that once I release the water button water continues to flow into the filter for 1/2 a second. If the filter is removed and water dumped out the flow is good until all the air is out of the line then it slows again. Any help you can give would be great. Thanks,

My inside door water dispenser dispenses water with normal flow for a second or two, then pulsates, and then dispenses slowly to a trickle. I placed the bypass cap and it works fine. I replaced the water filter with a new one and I have the same issue. The ice tray cubes dispenser is working fine. Any ideas for troubleshooting this problem to isolate the failed part. v/r Ernie Camacho

The water dispenser on the door seems to have a slow drip. I'm not sure if this is because there is a worn out part or if it is clogged. The ice maker seems to get water ok. Can you help me? Thanks!!!!! Carrie
