You can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Answer Hello Tim, First you should check for 240Vac at the terminal block. If this is present, you need to open the unit with the power dis-connected to it and use an ohm meter to test the thermal cut-out, cycling thermostat, high limit thermostat, heating element, motor centrifugal switch, timer, and associated wiring. This will pinpoint which component is causing your issue.
