Answer Hello Tom, The freezer having frost all over everything would indicate 1 of 2 things. First check the fresh food compartment to make sure that it is cooling properly. If not cooling properly you will want to check the vents for being clogged or for the damper to not be working. 2nd you will want to check for air leaks around the door or the door not closing all the way. Check for things that would cause door not to close or bad door seal.

Answer Hello Wilson. Check and make sure there is no damage around the drain hole, where the water can collect from the defrost cycle and freeze. If so, you will need to repair the damaged part. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Wilson. You will need to check and make sure the refirgerator is level so that the drain works properly. If it is level, blow through the drain and make sure it is not partially clogged. The heater would not cause this problem to happen. Hope this helps.
