My Amana Dryer is not putting out any heat. I took the heater Element out and see no breaks in the coil. Could I have another problem?

My dryer has no heat when running. All the sensors and thermostats have continuity. The heater has no Breaks in the wire and it has continuity and an ohms test shows infinity at 9.7 . The wire on the heater at the thermostat end has 120volts when disconnected from the heater, but there is no voltage showing on the other terminal on the heater or wire that comes from it that goes to the motor. Should this wire (motor side) show 120 volts when the thermostat side wire of the heater is disconnected? If the heater is getting 120 voltage from the thermostat end, shouldn't it be heating?

On the heating element part # AP4294403 on the back of it where there are two separate connectors where wires get connected. My question is: is where i can test to see if the element itself is working? The coil look to be fine and i tested the fuses attached to the heater and the 2 test ok. Thanks

My the black wire connected to heating element is fried, but the element still tests good for continuity. Although the clip prong in the pocelian is very loose. Would this loose prong actually cause the wire to fry, or do I need to keep trouble shooting?
