Answer Hello Jaz, If the unit is filling and not oveflowing then you want to check your drain hose to make sure that it is not down in the standpipe too far causing siphon effect. If the unit is overflowing then you want to make sure that your pressur hose is not clogged and that where it connects to the outer tub is not clogged and is seated good.
