Took upper oven door off to clean glass...tried to reinstall and now one hinge is locked closed and the other is locked open...how can I release the hinges?

Answer Hello Wendy. This is not easy to do, but you will use pliers and pull the hinge hook down and lock the tab into place on the hinge 9760572. These are VERY tight and can hurt you if you slip and let it hit you on the return.
