Answer Jack, according to your model there are three different orifice holder sizes. You will use one 5k orifice holder part number 74007816, one 9.5k orifice holder part number 74007814, and two 12.5k orifice holder part number 74007813. Thanks!
Does this include the surface burner spark electrode and screws?
