Answer Hi George. There is a fill tube that goes to the back of the ice maker. If it is frozen shut with water then you need to remove it from the back of the unit and rinse it out under the sink. Dry it completely before reinserting it. If you find this issue is caused by a kinked water supply line. It usually is a sign of a bad water valve part # 218470300 that will not close all the way and allows dribbles of water slowly back filling and freezing the fill tube. Thank You.

Answer Hello Jeanne. If you are looking for the hose that goes from the water supply to the water valve on the refrigerator, then yes, the water hose 8212490RP should work on the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Patricia. Remove power. Remove the top hinge cover. Unhook the electrical connector. Remove the fountain spill catcher and screws that hold the outer fountain. The fountain lifts up and out. The electrical switch connectors need to be marked before you disconnect them. There are screws around the inner fountain cover you will remove. And that is what you do is just keep removing covers until you access the part needed changed. Reassemble in reverse order. Thank you.

Answer Hi Pat. Is it the actuator arm that "clicked" and possibly broke? It may not be contacting the fountain switch to activate the water valve to send the water. This arm is part # 12002642. The 1/4" water tubing under the freezer door is part # B5705307. The connector needed is part # B5706901. These parts will dry rot and get brittle and break. Thank you.
