will not fill dishwasher or empty what water that is left in the bottom.I do hear a humming noise when I try to fill or when I push drain off button.

Answer Bob, It sounds like you have two issues, If the dishwasher buzzes in the fill cycle, that is usually due to no water to the dishwasher or a faulty fill valve 99001359. If the pump motor hums in the drain cycle that would indicate the impeller is jammed, or a bad drain winding in the motor 6-917113 . But first check the electical connection in the junction box on the frame , behind the kickplate lower access panel, make sure you have a good solid connection on the wires. Good Luck and Thanks
