the dishwasher control panel initially lost the normal cycle light but would still work in the light cycle. then it wouldn't work at all you could push the select cycle and the light for heavy and light would come on but would only stay lit for about a minute do nothing then go out the washer would nothing other than the lights coming on then going out.

Answer Don, You most likely have a faulty keypad assembly on the control panel 6-919835. You will find the tech data information sheet attached to the back of the kickplate panel, and you'll be able to conduct several tests and check the keypad circuits with a multimeter, if you wish. Dishwasher quit altogether... Previously replaced latch assembly with switch and all was fine for about a year. Then some indicator led lights went dead, first the cycle select light and after a while the heated dry light. Now without any other hint of problems the entire panel is not responding; no lights no start...the start button does make slight click sound when pressed. House circuit breaker seems fine but I haven't checked power connection yet. any thoughts.

Answer Hello Dale. Check and make sure there is power coming to the control board. If so, and the board and panel do not work, you will need to replace the control panel 6-919814, and the control board 12002713, based on the information you provided. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Rob! When the unit does not want to start, is the door being closed all the way and all panel lights showing? Check the connection between the control panel and the control board is good and tight. If it is, you might want to start with replacing the touch panel 6-919800. Thanks!
