Answer Disconnect the power to the unit. You will need to remove the front cover. It unsnaps from the dispenser using a putty knife. Once the cover is removed, you can access the door chute by removing the plastic bracket.

Answer Dean, Based on the partial model number you supplied, Yes the 8201756 Door chute repair kit would apply to your refrigerator. It would be the best option, at this point. The kit will contain all the parts needed to repair any chute door issue, including the broken tabs on the dispenser housing.

Answer Hello William, To remove the dispenser cover, grasp the bottom edge of the dispenser cover and pull sharply down and toward you with your knee against the door so it cannot move. This should snap it off. When it snaps off, it will sound like plastic breaking, but this is because it has to snap on tight so it doesn't fall off from normal usage. To re-install, hook it on at the top and bump it back on with the heel of your hand.
