How do you install the idler arm shaft?
Answer Hello John,
You will notice small square holes in the main base of the unit. The end of the idler bracket slips into one of these holes and the small tabs that protrude from the bottom of the bracket will hold it straight by dropping into the other hole. It is then pushed to the side and a loop of the belt is threaded through it and hooked over the end of the motor shaft. Be sure the belt is not twisted.
