What would cause the dryer to blow cold air instead of hot air? All the settings are set for heat. Could the igniter cause this?
Answer Hello Carl. Check the igniter and see if it is glowing red and hot. A weak igniter can cause the dryer not to lite. Hope this helps.

I am trying to replace the pilot light on a thermador SGSX365ZS/01 cooktop. I see you have the part but I need to know how I will install it before ordering. I can't locate that information. Can you tell me or direct me to a place that describes replacing the part. Thanks, Bruce
To replace the pilot light on your thermador cooktop you will need to remove the burners from the unit and lift the unit out of installation. Once out you will remove the screws around the perimeter that hold the main top in place. Lift the main top off and you will have access to the pilot to change out.
The video seems much easier, for the igniter is located in a more accesible place. In my dryer, the igniter seems almost unaccesible. There is no way for me to put my hand, a wrench, or a nut driver in. Is there a way to remove the big cylinder inside which the igniter is?
Answer Alejandro, Yes, the burner cone can be removed, but it's easier to remove the gas valve assembly. 1. Disconnect the unit from the power source. 2. Remove the front panel. 3. Turn the shut off valve to the "OFF" position to stop the flow of gas to the control valve. 4. Loosen the large brass union nut located directly below the gas control valve. 5. Remove the screw which attaches the gas control valve and burner bracket assembly to the front roller support leg. 6. Lift up slightly on the front of the assembly to disengage the burner bracket tabs from the support leg. 7. Withdraw the assembly from the front. Disconnect the wire harness and fully withdraw the assembly. You'll have access to everything associated with the gas valve and ignition procedure.
