Answer Yolanda, You most likely have a faulty Spark Module W10110491 or a loose or broken wire inside the cooktop body. But you need to make sure there is 120 VAC at the outlet, first.

Answer Hello Emeral. You will want to locate spark module 1430322 under the cooktop. Make sure your igniters 4157608 are okay. If they show no physical damage, you will want to replace the spark module. Thanks
