Answer Sue, You would want to change out the dispenser facade 67004221 and the insert 67004152. Behind the insert there are buttons that you are actually pushing on and these buttons can break. When they break it allows the insert to crack.

Answer Hello Darrell. You can use an ice pick to raise the edge and peel it off. There are no wires to connect on the insert 67004152. It is a sticker that covers the buttons. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Darrell. You do not need to remove the facade screws to replace the insert [AP4079284. You can peal the insert off the facade. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello John. 1. Remove drip tray by pulling it straight out from door. 2. Remove two hex screws at the bottom of facade that were hidden by drip tray. 3. Push down on facade to release retainer clips. 4. Remove facade 67004152 and disconnect ten pin connector from control board. 5. Reverse procedure to reassemble. Hope this helps.
