Answer Hello J. You will need to check and see if the micro-switch 9740712 is broke or bad on the unit. If it is not making good contact, it will cause the problem you are having. Also, look for loose or bad wires while inside the control panel checking the switch. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
