Answer Hello Jane. Yes, based on the information you provided, it sounds like the fan motor 707704K is bad and will need to be replaced. If you test for power going to the motor, and the motor quits, but the power is still there, you will need to replace the fan motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
