Jumper wire burned off at the connection to the coils. I can replace but. . . any idea why it might have happened? Corrective action? Thanks!
Mike for Model Number DE712
Answer Mike, That could be an indication of several things, dryer ran too long, old age of the wire, or a prolonged high amperage draw. replacing the wire and connectors, and checking for a amperage draw of 22 amps on the heater circuit, would be the basic checks and corrective action. Thanks and Good Luck
