How do you remove the Ice Maker fill tube? Mine appears to be blocked as when removed from the solonoid, you can't blow thru the fill line. Solonoid works fine as it shoots water on the floor :-) Can't blow or suck thru the fill line going up to the ice tray.

Answer Hello Scott. These are a little hard to remove. You may be able to remove the line from the fill tube and use a hair dryer to heat the fill tube and melt the ice. If you need to remove it, they twist and pull out of the back of the refrigerator. Hope this helps.

I have installed a new ice maker and I keep getting water at the bottom of the freezer. I have watched the icemaker fill and no drips. Where could the water come from? Did I maybe knock the water entry grommet loose? How does it attach?

Answer Hello Scott. You will need to check the drain and see if it is stopped up. It is located behind the freezer wall, under the evaporator coils. If it is froze over, you will need to use a turkey baster and hot water to clear the clogg and ice out of it. Hope this helps.
