Simply use side vent kit to operationalize this option? Do you have to cap the back vent? Thank you.

Answer Vedder, The side vent kit will come with instructions and will explain better than we can. But no there is no need to "cap off" the back vent, as you will be removing it as part of the conversion. If your discussing a panel or insert for the rear vent opening, the kit will have one for you to install in the cabinet opening. Thanks and Good Luck
