Answer Hello Joanne, The basket has to be empty and the rear has little "L" shaped tabs. You have to lift the basket to about a 30° angle and they fit into the rear slots on the glides, left and right t the same time. The front tabs are straight and drop straight down into the slots.

Answer Hello Charles. For the slide kit, you will need to order 12002683. They are not available separately.

Answer Hello William. You will need to use some planetary grease 4176597 on the rails in the freezer. This is made for gear applications. Hope this helps.

Answer John, This should help you out, " Drawer Assembly (some models) 1. Open drawer to fully open position. 2. Remove upper basket. 3. Remove screws one in each rail marked on side of rail. 4. Lift front of drawer up and out to remove drawer. Drawer Rails 1. Remove screws inside plastic rail retainer. 2. Remove rails from retainer by depressing plastic tabs on back side of retainer. 3. Slide rails off of retainer. Rack and Pinion Gear 1. Remove drawer assembly (see Drawer Assembly Removal). 2. Extend drawer rails to full open position,remove rails from retainer by depressing plastic tabs on back side of retainer. 3. Slide rails, rack and pinion gear off of retainer. 4. Reverse procedure to reassemble. Note: When reinstalling rails, rack and pinion gear after latching rails in place, slide rails, rack and pinion to the fully closed position and then pull out to synchronize the rack and pinion gears.
