I have a WTW6600SW2 washer, that after the first cycle the "OL" code is displayed. I replaced the suspension kit and I keep getting the code, so what do I replace next?
Answer John, You'll first want to raise the top of the washer, remove the tub cover and agitator, check for a small article that may be stuck under the agitator, or between the tubs. If all's OK, and there are no abnormal noises from the bearings , then consider replacing the RPS (rotary position switch) assembly kit W10183157. This component communicates the tub rotation speed, if the readings are incorrect because of a loose connection, or false reading from the sensor, the washer can produce a "OL" error code.
