This is a 7/8 year old mixer. The original jar lasted until last year then leaked. I ordered another one which lasted until last month, then leaked. I ordered another one from you a few weeks ago and on the second use it start leaking. I am at a loss! Can you give me any suggestions? Thanks

The video and instructions were not helpful. I tried both the hammer and pry method to no avail. It is much much easier, faster, and safer to remove plastic feet to get access to four screws under base, then use a vice grip to hold the coupler while you turn the screw in the center of the base. This entire process takes about a minute and will easily work. I suggest that the website update their video to show this easy alternative method.

The male end that the coupler screws into broke off inside of the coupler. Is there any way to fix this or do I need to buy a new blender?

My husband and I watched this video several times and have done what it shows to do but the coupler will not come off. Is there any other way to get it off? Our coupler spins and spins clockwise but doesn't ever come off.

The threads of the drive coupler are stripped, as are the threads of the male part of the coupling unit that is attached to the jar. I know I need a new coupler, but can I get a piece for the jar or do I need to get a whole new jar unit?
