Control Knob brok off; I purchase the Knob but it will not pop in place. Is this the part I need and how is it replaced.

Answer Arthur, The knob bezel has little to nothing to do with the knob installation. The seelector knob is a push on/pull off knob, it can be tight but doable. I think you may have a broken selector shaft, you may wan to check the backside of the original knob, and see if there is a portion of the shaft broken off inside. You may need the user interface/electronic control if the shaft broke off(it often does) 8182785
