Answer In Need, First check the door strike on the door and the alignment to the opening, make sure everything lines up and seats properly when the door is closed. Then check the wire harness from the new latch to the CCU W10169230 If there are no loose connections, especilly where the connectors attach to the latch and CCU, then you'll need to replace the CCU. Answer Hello Eglien, Error f-21 means not enough water entering tub within the first 10 seconds of the fill cycle. Check you water faucets to insure they are turned all of the way on. If they are, the water inlet valve 8540751 is in need of replacement. The F-28 fault code is a communication error between the motor controller W10163007 and machine controller W10246302. Check all of you connections one at a time by unplugging them and reconnecting them. If this produces no results, One of the two controllers have failed. The most likely is the machine controller W10246302. This is indicated by the fact that the door is locked as the motor controller doesn't have anything to do with this action.

Answer Guillermo, Here are the instructions " 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Turn off the water supply to the washer. 3. Remove the top cover and the console. 4. Remove the lower front access panel . 5. Open the washer door.6. Using a small screwdriver or a pair of long-nosed pliers, pull the tension spring on the retaining wire out from around the front of the bellows, and remove the wire. 7. To remove the door switch assembly: a) Pull the bellows off the lip of the front panel beside the door switch assembly just enough to access the switch assembly. b) Remove the two T-20 Torx screws from the door switch assembly. c) Pull the door switch assembly out and turn it over so that you can access the connectors. d) Unlock the tabs and disconnect the three wire connectors from the door switch terminals, then remove the assembly." Answer Hello Jim. Try unplugging the unit for about 10 minutes and see if it resets. If not, and there is power coming to the electric control W10319816 you will need to replace the control. If there is no power to it, you will need to replace the CCU W10169230. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Bobby. Is the unit level front to back and side by side with all 4 legs holding to the floor snugly? The door latch is part # 8183270. it is the F_22 code. There is no F-33 code. Thank you.
