Have a Conquest in door ice container. The container will not go back in door after having it out due to ice freezing in chute.

When replacing the ice bucket back on the door, you have to line the shaft up to the bottom. You can set the bin on and turn the auger til it drops into place. The other problem may be that the shaft may have raised up when trying to pull the bin off. If this is the case you will need to adjust the shaft that goes to the motor. You would remove the two screws under the ice bin and make adjustment there. Would have to be pushed down.
