Answer Hello Adam! Remove the grill and gain accress to the screw holding the control panel in place. Remove the screw and lift the control panel off the machine. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Adam! You should not have to replace the microwave. You can replace the parts needed. You will need to remove the control panel to gain access to be able to see what part inside is broken. Looking at the diagram you will either need the cam 8183824 or the interlock 8205572. Hope this helps!
